Anthem Club FAQs
When am I charged for Membership?
You will be charged $49.00 upon completion of your membership agreement. Your plan will automatically renew every 3 months. You can log in to your account and cancel your plan at any time to receive a refund for any shipments that have not yet been shipped.
When will I receive my shipments?
Anthem Club will allow you to support your favorite team year round by providing hand-picked exclusive team apparel for every season. Shipments will arrive around the 15th of every deliver month.
Summer’s over, school’s begun….and it’s time for football! Proudly wear your team’s colors with seasonal apparel as Autumn sets in.
Surprise your favorite fan with a gift they will love or simply treat yourself. Show your team pride with heavier weight apparel during the winter months.

Spring forward! Cheer your favorite team on with transitional apparel as Spring takes root.

How do I resubscribe?
Your membership will automatically renew after each seasonal shipment for as long as you are an active member of the Anthem Club.
What if I receive an item that doesn't fit?
We want you to love every item you receive. We will be happy to send you another available size or you may return the item and we will apply a credit to your account. We only accept returns of items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Tags (if applicable) should be intact. Returns that have not been shipped 14 days after requesting a return will be charged. Returns requested 30 days after delivery are automatically refunded in store credit and subject to $10 restocking fee. Replacements and credits will be issued upon receipt of all eligible returns.
What if I don't like an item selected for me?
No worries, it happens. Our desire is to curate fresh looks, exclusive prints and the best styles for each season of College apparel. Once in a while, a selection may not be your cup of tea. You can return the item for full credit and tell us what you didn't like about the item. We only accept returns of items that are unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Tags (if applicable) should be intact. Returns that have not been shipped 14 days after requesting a return will be charged. What if I'm giving a Membership as a gift?
An Anthem Club membership is a perfect gift for your buddy living in New York, sorority sister or recent H.S. graduate. You will simply select "GIFT" when completing membership information, you will then be required to enter the recipient's e-mail address.
The recipient will have one year to redeem the gift membership and complete the style profile and shipping address info - this way, you don't need to know their size or style preferences or even their dorm address for Fall semester. Gift Memberships are not set up for auto-renew. Your card will not be charged again when the annual membership expires.
What if I want to join, but don't see My Team?
We will be adding teams as quickly as possible. We hope you will let us know what college team you are looking for by e-mailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will notify you by e-mail when we are able to add your team.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, selecting "subscriptions" from the drop down menu then clicking on the plan you wish to cancel. Scroll to "cancel" at the bottom under the plan. You will receive a confirmation e-mail of your cancellation. Please note that if you cancel after a shipment has already been sent out, your subscription will be cancelled after you receive the shipment.
